Terms of Service

10xStudio provides online courses, articles, workshops and resources about applying AI at work. Some content is free; some courses require payment to access.

• You must be 16 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
• You can sign in with an email and password, or with your Google account.
• The information you provide must be accurate. Each account is for one person; do not share, lend or resell your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

After a successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access that course. The access period follows each course's description. We may update, extend or reorganize content to keep up with new technology.

• Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND).
• You pay by bank transfer using a VietQR code, with the order code (starting with DH) in the transfer description.
• Our system automatically reconciles the payment and unlocks the course once the full amount arrives with the correct description.
• If the amount is short or the description is wrong, the order stays pending until an administrator reviews it manually.

Refund conditions for each course (if any) are stated on that course's page. If you pay twice or overpay, we will reconcile and refund the difference after verification. Send your request with the order code to hello@10xstudio.org.

All content on the website, including videos, articles, documents, 3D models, images, source code and the 10xStudio brand, belongs to 10xStudio or its licensors.

You may not copy, record, download without permission, redistribute, resell, publish or use the content to build other courses without 10xStudio's written consent. Short quotations with attribution for learning purposes are allowed.

• Sharing accounts or distributing paid content.
• Using bots, scripts or automated tools to scrape the website.
• Probing for vulnerabilities, interfering with or disrupting the service.
• Faking payment transactions.
• Posting unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.

10xStudio content is educational and for reference only; it is not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. AI tools, models and prices change quickly; we try to keep content current but do not guarantee that every detail is up to date. You are responsible for checking AI-generated output before using it in your work.

The website uses or embeds third-party services such as Google, YouTube, SePay and banks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, 10xStudio's liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in particular account sharing or distributing paid content, without refund. You can request deletion of your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The latest update date is always shown at the top of the page. For significant changes, we will give notice by email or on the website. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they will be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.
